Biography
Tianqi Lu was born in Shandong, China in 1997. He received his B.Sc. degree in Physics from Nanchang University, Nanchang, China, in 2018 and his M.Sc. degree in Integrated Circuit Engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 2021. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. degree with the Department of Microelectronics, Delft University of Technology, Delft, the Netherlands. His research interests include power-management/mixed-signal integrated circuits for wireless power transfer systems, DC-DC power converters, and biomedical applications.
Mr. Lu has authored several peer-reviewed publications in IEEE JSSC, SSCL, ISSCC, CICC, etc. He has served as a reviewer for IEEE TCAS-I, TCAS-II, and TPEL. He is a recipient of the 2025 ISSCC Student Travel Grant Award (STGA) selected by the Solid-State Circuits Society (SSCS).
