Ton Slats (1961) obtained his B.Eng. degree in electrical engineering at The Hogeschool Rijswijk in 1988.

He started working at the TU Delft in 1988 and joined the Electrical Engineering Education Section at 1998, before that he worked at the section Electrical Power Grids. Hes main job at Electrical Engineering Education Section is the support for several labs, being the responsible person for lab's Digital Systems TI2726-A, EE1D11-Digital Systems A and EE3D11 Computer Architecture and Organisation.

Experience in logic designs, VHDL, FPGA, MIPS ARM assembly and Robots (Mars Rover). Software: Modelsim, Quartus, ISE, Vivado
