Biography
Antoon Frehe is a manager of unixlike computer systems within the Micro-Electronics department of the Delft University of Technology.
From 1980 until 1984 he studied Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences at the Technische Hogeschool in Leeuwarden and received his B. Sc. degree. In 1985 he started work at the National Aerospace Laboratory where he did a windtunnel project. In 1986 he moved to Haarlem to start work on developing Unix computers at a small company called MicroProject. In 1988 he joined the University in Delft. Throughout the years he has helped organize and maintain all kinds of computer systems within the Electrical Engineering department.
Besides being fascinated by computers, Antoon has several hobbies. 2 of which are playing chess and debating the (non)existance of (a) God. Currently he lives in Delft with his wife and son and is quite happy..
