Biography
Justyna Gula is a PhD candidate at Maastricht University, beginning in October 2023, under the supervision of Simon Tousseyn, Jaap Jansen, and Bori Hunyadi. She is involved in the CONTACT study, which investigates network changes following radiofrequency thermocoagulation in patients with drug-resistant epilepsy. In this context, she specializes in analyzing SEEG and MRI data.
Justyna earned her MSc in Neuroinformatics and her MA in Philosophy ( both cum laude), from the University of Warsaw in 2018 and 2019, respectively. From 2019 to 2020, she worked as a research assistant at Goldsmiths University under the guidance of Marinella Cappeletti and Maria Herrojo Ruiz.
