Function Description and Details

You as student assistant help during the course labs with the questions of the students as well as technical problems in assignments on a more detailed level. Note that if you do not hear from us via email in the week 28th-31st of August, then you are not selected for this position.

We are looking for student assistants for Course Labs EE1C1 and EE1D1, on the first quarter.

The Course Labs are electrical engineering practica for first year students. The course labs of EE1C1 are a prerequisite for students to take part in the IP-1 Project on the second quarter.

Schedule

Course Labs EE1C1 and EE1D1 are given on the first quarter of academic year 2024/2025.

  • Course lab weeks 1.1-1.4 & 1.6-1.8. September 2nd – October 30th, 2024
  • Physical lab session in Tellegen Hall for Group A: Thursday morning (8.45 - 12:30 hrs)
  • Physical lab session in Tellegen Hall for Group B: Thursday afternoon (13:45 - 17:30 hrs)

Only on Week 1.8, we have the digital labs on Wed afternoon (groups A) and Fri afternoon (groups B) and on Thursday of week 1.8, we have the EE1C1 labs. 

Requirements and employment conditions

  • Bachelor or Master student
  • Active FlexDelft account (if you do not have one, you can ask for one at FlexDelft offices)
  • For non-european union international students, to have a valid working permit at least two weeks before the start of the first session (FlexDelft can arrange the working permit for you)
  • You can choose to assist Groups A or Groups B or both, but no other combinations of days/hours
  • Remuneration is on basis of your study points (ECTS) achieved and conform to the Collective labour agreement (CAO) of Dutch Universities
